Maxime’s is NYC’s newest private member’s club from entrepreneur Robin Birley; owner of prestigious private member’s clubs 5 Hertford Street and Oswald’s in London. Opened in March 2025, Maxime’s mission is to provide exceptional and discreet service for our members through unparalleled hospitality. The Membership Assistant will oversee various administrative duties within the Membership department to keep operational functions organized and efficient.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Regularly ensure all prospective and current member details are current and up to date in Salesforce. Must be comfortable with technology systems and have a natural willingness to learn. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Conduct research as required.
- Prepare, deliver/mail out, and track new membership packs and thank you letters.
- Attend and take notes for any membership-related meetings, and deal with any follow-up required with the Director of Membership.
- Order and maintain all membership paperwork from the relevant suppliers, ensuring this is carefully stored in an orderly and coherent way.
- Ensure all membership applications received by the membership team are accurate and complete
- Work closely with the membership team in London to ensure members’ requests are taken care of across all clubs.

- 2 years of experience preferred
- Experience using Salesforce and/or Notion is a plus
- Customer service experience.
- High level of attention to detail.
- High level of discretion.
- Ability to be flexible with job demands and open-minded when being asked to complete tasks.

- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
