Appointment Generator

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Generator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating interest in our products and services, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to engage with prospects effectively.

Duties

• Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
• Utilize Salesforce software to track leads, manage contacts, and document interactions.
• Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine marketing strategies.
• Achieve daily and weekly appointment generation targets.
• Generating and posting social media content daily for all locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or technical sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and sales processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using CRM software.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with potential clients.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming objections.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
