Responsibilities:
- Actively work with senior leadership in various departments in analyzing financial performance, potential opportunities and challenges.
- Create scheduled and ad hoc financial forecasting models to assist with senior leadership making investment decisions and developing strategic planning.
- Analyze actual financial performance vs forecasts and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis of pricing for new and proposed products and services. Explain the potential impact on financial performance.
- Partner with marketing teams in assessing performance and trends, to recommend pricing strategies.
- Evaluate and explain internal and external drivers impacting current and projected future performance.
- Continually monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and reasons for unexpected variance.
- Assist with the budgeting and forecasting processes with leadership in various departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and reporting roles.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and present clearly to senior executives.
