IT Program Manager Job Description
MAXISIQ, a leader in Cyber R&D and E since 2006, is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead mission-critical programs. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic guidance to multiple teams, ensuring seamless execution of interconnected projects while maintaining alignment with contract requirements and government objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Organize services related to the contract
- Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects
- Fulfill task management deliverables
- Communicate risks and mitigation plans to the Government
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience as a Program Manager (PM) or other managerial positions
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant education
- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
