Sr. Program Manager

Job Description:

Job Title: Sr. Program Manager

Job Type: Contract (6 - 12 months)

Job Location: Bay Area, CA or Remote

Work Schedule: Onsite or Remote

Starting rate: $80/hr, Based on experience, Open to C2C candidates as well.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Masters in engineering, science, or business
• 10 years of related experience in a large (>1000 employee) engineering or science company
• Software program management experience (In product, not IT)
• Drive decision making across teams
• Driving to outcomes given complex trade-offs
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving experience
• Risk management and Change Management
• Ability to proactively seek outcomes without having direct responsibility to do so
• Excellent organizational, planning, communication, teamwork skills
• Desired
• Experience as a program manager working across business units
• Experience with new product introduction processes in a regulated environment
• Experience as a project or program manager in both hardware and software projects
• Very Highly desired
• Biotech/ Biomedical experience. Ideally working for a company in Complex systems that combine hardware, software, and data management solutions for various scientific and industrial applications
• Well known biotech companies
