Job Description:
Job Title: IT Project Coordinator(APPLICATIONS SIDE)
Job Type: 12 Months contract
Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday preferred)
Pay Rate: $ 70 - $74/hr on W2
Responsibilities:
TOP SKILLS:
- Technical Project management (Traditional, Hybrid)
- Business applications exp (SAP, Oracle, and cloud (salesforce, workday, snowflake) Integrations, technical upgrades and installations)
- Medical industry / Validation knowledge desirable
- PMP, Agile certifications
- Strong Communication
- Minimum 10 years experience (nothing less)
Spotlight call notes:
- Technical upgrade and on-prem (data Center) or cloud upgrades releases. SAP and Oracle applications knowledge helpful.
- SAP S4, and SAP Data Archiving products helpful
- Local candidate
- Experience on business applications
- Strong project management experience (All stages)
- Preferred to have PMP certification
- Proven experience delivering multi-vendor projects successfully
Must Have:
• Proven ability to drive multi-million dollar initiatives that impacts multiple cross-functional organizations
• Can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously with little direction
• Demonstrates strong program management skillset; capable of seeing cross functional impacts/initiatives from inception through implementation
• Experience operating independently and administering both complex and integrated project plans to include both internal and external deliverables
• Ability to draft and present executive level presentations
• Ability to lead and guide both internal and external stakeholders to proactively mitigate risks, issues, decisions, and action items
• Lead requirement sessions and prioritization of requirements for current/future state processes based on both quantitative and qualitative outputs - Ability to clearly document processes and create project workflows.• Experience working cross-functionally between teams to solve problems and implement solutions.
• Can provide recommendations and usher decisions in an environment through ambiguity to achieve synchronicity within project team
• Good standing of PMP Certification
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple, high-reaching priorities simultaneously
Nice to Have:
• Demonstrates best practices Organizational change management
• Understanding of medical device company requirements and GxP Processes
