IT Project Coordinator Intern
Location - hybrid : Palo Alto CA
Intapp is looking for an IT Project Coordinator Intern to join our team in Summer 2025. This role will support large enterprise initiatives that directly impact how our business operates and scales. You will learn to use a product mindset leading programs that revolve around the digital transformation for Sales, Marketing, Finance and other areas.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in our Palo Alto Office
What you will do :
- Support complex projects and programs to achieve business outcomes.
- Assist with project justification proposals, business cases and return on investment estimates
- Assist with development and maintenance of key project governance documentation to ensure the proper amount of structure is applied to enable project success.
- Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to project, management, and senior executive teams.
- Capture notes during meetings to summarize and track key decisions and follow-up items; ensures distribution of the same to stakeholders
- Assist in building and maintaining project schedule
- Build, deploy, and maintain project tools, such as status reports, dashboards, issues / risks logs, etc.
- Reconciles Statement of Work (SOW) to requirements, time, and budget tracking tools
- Partner with and interface with global team members to plan project activities to meet deliverable dates and project milestones.
- Participate in program steering committee meetings and conduct periodic briefings / status updates to various levels of the organization to ensure alignment.

Our Summer 2025 Internship Program begins June 2, 2025 , and is projected to end between August 8 th and 22 nd , 2025 .
Your professional growth and development will be supported throughout the internship program via project work related to your academic and professional interests, mentorship, and engaging events with other interns and company leadership.
Our internship is hybrid, and interns will be expected in the office at least 3 days a week to get the full experience of the Intapp culture and networking opportunities.
