Overview :
The Director of Implementation Project Management facilitates implementation of new pharmacy operations and direct quality improvements for the pharmacy implementation process that maximize efficiency, enhance the overall internal and external customer experience, and are consistent with requirements established by state and federal regulatory agencies and accrediting organizations.
Position Location
This is a remote-based position within the Continental US.
Ideal Candidate Experience Profile
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of work experience & education
- 5 years experience specific to the responsibilities and duties specified with focused experience in Project Management, Healthcare or Pharmacy preferred
- Knowledge of Health Center, Health System, Specialty Pharmacy Practice and 340B Drug Discount program
- EMR knowledge
- Exceptional customer service orientation, leadership, and supervisory skills
- Proven ability to lead team members effectively using virtual tools when team members are geographically dispersed
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
- Experience with SmartSheet and Confluence beneficial
- Works effectively in situations with limited information and moderate ambiguity
- Works effectively in a team environment, and communicates well using virtual tools when team members are geographically dispersed
- Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
- A self-motivated, self-reliant, self-starter with the ability to achieve broadly communicated objectives under a minimal amount of supervision
