Max's Swing Lounge is a virtual golf destination for those looking to improve their swing or take lessons to start getting out on the course or remain on an indoor league.
As a Golf Pro Manager, you will create a positive impression on our guests, making them feel welcome both on the phone and in person. The Golf Pro Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the virutal golf bays, answering questions surrounding the rentals, leagues and lessons offered.
The ideal candidate will assist with the following tasks:
- Ensure the front desk has coverage to check in guests for their bay rental
- Knowledge of the Trackman system operations for the virtual golf
- Maintain cleanliness of the lounge, focusing on small and large details; creating a refined guest experience
- Provide strong leadership and direct supervision to the staff, handling any issues promptly within our policies and guidelines
- Ability to respond quickly to a guest's need, provide genuine hospitality with a friendly demeanor
- Lead, manage and train staff, on exceptional service to guests
- Ability to give and welcome feedback to help improve policies while supporting everyone's needs within the lounge
- Providing golf instruction
- Managing the golf merchandise, selling, rental of clubs, etc.
- Promotion of the golf programs offered including leagues, special events and other opportunitites

At least 2 years experience as a golf pro with leadership experience
Ability to multi-task in a high volume environment, highly effective communication skills and an unwavering attention to detail
Passion for golf, restaurants and hospitality is a must
