Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
Coordinate the activities of the dining room to ensure fast and courteous service to guests
Schedule dining room reservations and assist in arranging parties or special events
Provide special services for diners who may be celebrating something special
Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and organization
Work closely with the management team to assist with special event duties, act as a training resource, facilitate Covid protocols, and perform ad hoc duties as needed
Be welcoming to all guests and support their needs in daily restaurant functions
What Were Looking For:
Past experience in a fine dining restaurant setting
Engaging and friendly personality
Strong communication skills
Good time management and professional behavior
Open availability, including days and weekends
Previous experience with OpenTable is a PLUS
