Overview
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and organized Host/Host to join our team. As our guests' first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
- Utilize POS systems, answer phones, and place tke out orders for guests
- Assist in coordinating guest services to enhance overall guest relations.
- Assist servers with their duties
Experience
- Previous setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
