Sourcing / prospecting new lead Make sales calls to existing accounts as well as new accounts including cold calls Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities, upselling products to existing accounts Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information by email and phone call Keeping up with product and service information and updates Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services Staying informed about competing products and services Closing sales and achieving sales targets Job Requirements :
5 years inside / outside sales experience HIGHLY PREFERRED, 3 years’ experience (Required) Experience in the auto industry / auto detailing industry A PLUS! Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record Prefer degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field High school diploma / GED (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency in CRM software such as Copper Proficiency in inventory software such as Finale Inventory Proficiency with Apple products Proficiency with Google applications such as Gmail and Google Drive Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are a must Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask Excellent phone and cold calling skills Personable, able to interact along a broad scope of customers Strong listening and sales skills Ability to achieve targets Ability to work in a team environment Occasional out of state travel for expos / conventions / shows Working knowledge of sales processes Willingness to leave work site to source / prospect new leads Pay : $72,000.00 - $75,000 Annual commission
