Regional Sales Representative

Primary Objective
Outside construction sales for assigned region calling mainly on multi-family and general contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting: communication with General Contractor and Leads on projects to be bid
- Meeting with Contractor/Developers
- Submitting Proposal, follow up and selling job.
- Working /assisting production Team once sold to ensure proper handoff
- Attending Pre con meetings
- Experience in construction related sales, ability to read blueprints helpful
About You
- Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and ability to present themselves professionally.
- Commercial construction sales experience highly preferred
- Math and computer skills
- Customer service attributes
- Able to travel up to 20%
