Now accepting applications for a Regional Admissions Coordinator / Skilled Nursing Central Intake Coordinator. This position must be available to work from our Home Office in Charlotte. Responsibilities include managing the skilled healthcare admission acceptance process including reviewing referrals, obtaining eligibility and authorizations as needed for various communities. Prefer experience in the following software programs: Enquire, Epic, naviHealth, Allscripts, and eFax. High level of customer service required.
Required Experience:
- Experience in reviewing referrals in a skilled nursing environment required.
- CRM system
- Post-Acute Care management software
- Familiar with Medicare and Managed Care Programs
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to implement and execute processes in a timely manner
- Possess communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Solid computer skills: working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and focus of paperless environment
- Must conduct all business in a professional manner and with a high level of confidentiality.
