- Highly responsive person that’s a natural problem solver with solid decision-making skills.
- Previous service coordinator or dispatcher experience a plus.
- Highly prefer residing within 30 minutes of our office.
Commercial Service Coordinator Overview
The Service Departmentis a team designed to create a partnership between Maxwell Roofing and the Customer. The Service Department manages customer service functions including emergency roof services, roof maintenance, and MAXCare®. This position follows the customer from the beginning (initial phone call) to the end (reporting) of the service process. The Commercial Service Coordinator supports the Service & Sales Team by assisting customers with service requests and ensuring they are taken care of in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a Dataforma SuperUser (service ticketing and reporting system).
- Manage commercial service calls from receiving request (calls/emails), to work order creation, to scheduling tickets, and invoicing.
- Oversee Service Portal Access and Setup, Service Reports to customers, and Weekly Service Performance Scorecards and Monthly Service Dashboard.
- Process Information/Documentation for Vendor Packets/Subcontracts /Lien Waivers /COIs/Permits.
- Assist with Customer Service House Accounts (Proposals Follow Up).
