We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our expanding Operations team and support our continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Enter purchase orders into the accounting system and monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain and update various spreadsheets related to inventory, delivery, and containers.
- Review and verify shipping documents for accuracy and ensure correct documentation is maintained for every order.
- Monitor and receive containers arriving from our Vietnam factories in the US. Coordinate the receipt of documents with the warehouse, verify their accuracy, and provide the necessary documentation to the finance team to ensure inventory precision.
- Maintain the Ports Entry Sheet, handle general filing, and provide operational support as needed to ensure the smooth flow of the team’s work.
