Role Overview
The HR & Front Desk Coordinator will wear multiple hats, combining administrative and HR expertise to support daily operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement while serving as the face of the company for guests and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Guest Relations
- Greeting Visitors: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and candidates, creating a welcoming and professional experience.
- Communication Management: Answer and route calls and emails, ensuring messages are delivered promptly and accurately.
- Appointment Scheduling: Use Monday.com to schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and keep the team informed.
- Reception Area Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and office environment.
- Support for Events: Assist in planning and executing office meetings, training sessions, and team events.
Human Resources
- Recruitment Support:
- Post job openings on platforms and manage applicant tracking through BambooHR.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with department heads, and provide a seamless candidate experience.
- Screen applications for basic qualifications and cultural fit.
- Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Prepare and facilitate onboarding, ensuring all documents, accounts, and access (via T-Sheets and Monday.com) are ready for new hires.
- Conduct exit processes, including feedback collection and finalizing paperwork.
- HR Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
- Track time-off requests, attendance, and payroll inputs using T-Sheets.
- Assist in creating, updating, and distributing employee handbooks and HR policy documents.
- Employee Engagement:
- Coordinate wellness programs, team-building activities, and professional development workshops using Monday.com to track tasks and progress.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
Administrative Support
- Office Operations:
- Oversee office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and track orders via Monday.com.
- Support leadership with administrative tasks such as scheduling, preparing documents, and organizing workflows.
- Google Workspace Administration:
- Manage shared drives, track project documents, and create reports or presentations using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Workflow Optimization:
- Use Monday.com to create and optimize workflows for HR tasks, onboarding, and office management.

- Experience with tools like BambooHR, Monday.com, T-Sheets, and Google Workspace is a strong plus.
Preferred Certifications (Not Required):
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Training in customer service, office management, or workflow optimization.
