As a Maintenance Supervisor at The Ridge Apartments, you are responsible for ensuring the community meets and exceeds our standards for safety, appearance and operation within the budgeted financial goals. Our supervisors are hands-on with diagnosing and repairing areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling and appliances. You are also responsible for managing the inventory of “ready” apartments to support the community’s leasing efforts.
Who and what skills are we looking for?
- A minimum of 2-3 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
- Moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
- EPA Universal certification is REQUIRED
- Energetic, responsible and organized
- A true team-player mentality
