Property Management Marketing Specialist

MAXX Property Management is one of the fastest growing property management companies in Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is hard working, driven, and has a creative mindset. This position’s number one priority will be to manage all digital advertising, our website, and social media platforms. Some experience in video and photography editing is preferred. We are willing to train someone with a hungry attitude to get the job done and push even further. Responsibilities:

• Manage digital advertising for all properties and communities
• Handle and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram)
• Maintain website through Wordpress platform
• Manage lead generation from all media platforms
• Take and edit pictures and video of rental properties and surrounding areas
• Design other marketing materials
• Other marketing responsibilities as necessary
• Some local travel will be necessary

Qualifications:

• 2 years of digital marketing preferred
• Knowledge of CRM platform Hubspot, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Lightroom)
• Knowledge of social media marketing, including engagement and lead generation
• Knowledge of website maintenance through Wordpress platform
• A good grasp of English grammar and some creative ad writing
• Some college is preferred

Occasional work outside of those hours may be necessary. This is a salary position. MAXX Property Management offers medical insurance, paid time off, company holidays, and other perks.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
