Are you a self-driven and highly motivated individual with an eye for real estate management? We're seeking an exceptional candidate for a Property Manager role to contribute to our goal of providing a unique, personalized experience for all our residents - both current and prospective.
While a Utah Real Estate License is not mandatory for this position, it can be a significant plus. Our vibrant team operates from our corporate office located in Lehi, UT, and manages communities dispersed across Utah, primarily in Utah County, and extending into Salt Lake County. As our Property Manager, you will be pivotal to our operation, managing multiple properties and becoming their face. The position involves significant travel to various properties; rest assured, a company vehicle will be provided for these travels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent multiple properties as the primary point of contact.
- Arrange and oversee property showings for potential residents.
- Facilitate a smooth move-in and move-out process for residents.
- Promptly respond to all resident and owner inquiries via phone, email, or text.
- Support the Regional Property Manager with additional duties as required.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year in Sales.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience with AppFolio is advantageous.
- Autonomous and motivated, with a self-starter mentality.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Effective and professional communication skills.
- Strong commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Positive attitude and open-minded approach to problem-solving.
