Maxxis International USA, a leader in the high performance tire industry, has an exciting opportunity for an Mid-level Accounts Receivable Specialist for our Finance Department in Suwanee, GA. Responsibilities:
- Communicate proactively with customers to resolve disputes and collect past due amounts.
- Research and process customer discrepancies. This may include customer documentation review, local ERP research of disputed amounts, cross-functional teamwork with team members, and discussions with management.
- Work collaboratively with Accounting Department to meet company goals
- Support month end closing including the preparation of the general entry and monthly account statement
- Review accounts in a timely manner
- Prepare weekly updated reports
- Perform general office duties such as filing and handling routine correspondence
- Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required
- 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred but not required
- Experience working with SAP preferred but not required
- Experience in data analysis and visualization tool like Power BI, Tableau etc.
Accounts Receivable Specialists work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm (flexible schedules available). This role works 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.
