Mayer Brown LLP is seeking a midlevel Litigation Associate with extensive ERISA Litigation experience. This candidate should have experience with drafting briefs and other court filings, conducting case law research, handling all forms of discovery, including preparing for and participating in depositions. Strong writers with clerkship experience from private, peer firms are preferred. Qualified candidates will have strong law school academic credentials together with relevant litigation experience. This role is open to candidates that can sit in any of our US offices (Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Washington DC).
The salary for this position is $310,000 to $390,000 although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate's skills and experience level are different from those specified.
