For our client based in Monaco we are looking for a CORPORATE PARALEGAL OFFICERYour direct report is the general councel and your main missions as follow : - In charge of administrative matters for corporate governance- Support domestic and foreign entities registrations, maintenance and company resolutions- Routine corporate filings with government entities and external third parties- Manages the Department's records management tools- Improve department processes- Interface between the Treasury department and stakeholders for the provision of KYC documentation to banks
Bachelor Degree in Legal Studies minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal with a dimension in relation to KYC requests.Fluent spoken and written English and French, knowledge of more languages would BE an asset.Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills, at ease with IT tools, enjoys taking ownership, and seeks out ways to make processes more efficient.Must have strong oral and written communication skills, work well under pressure and challenging deadlines, and pay strong attention to detail.Ability and soft skills required to handle very high-level management executives.Monegasque contract 2 days days teleworksalary depend on profil and background
