As a Bilingual Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with clients and subcontractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules
- Prepare and manage project budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve project issues and conflicts
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Manage field work activities and progress
