Car Sales Executive

Mayfield Automotive is a National Consulting company headquartered in Charlotte, NC. We are engaged in activities to assist automobile dealers with their retail and service operations. One of our services is to provide dealerships with exceptional candidates for their Sales, Service, and Business Development departments. We currently have 2 positions available. This company acts as a recruiter, advisor, and trainer for these positions.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in their vehicle search and selection.
- Consistent follow-up of all assigned leads by phone, text, and email.

- Schedule Sales Appointments where possible.
- Complete all online and onsite training assigned by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs.
- Assist bilingual customers effectively
- Complete all necessary paperwork to facilitate the sale of a vehicle
- Provide sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications / Skills

• Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is not necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Personable demeanor
• Willing to learn and execute Sales and Phone Processes as prescribed
• Team Player
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year
