Our company is looking for an organized and detail oriented administrative assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to our team. The office administrator’s role will work closely with our team by handling clerical duties and assisting the accounting department.
Responsibilities:
Perform clerical duties to assist direct supervisor or other members of leadership
Full cycle accounts payable processing
Maintain general office files - adhere to 1099 requirements, attain and file certificates of insurance, and maintain accounting files
Perform other relevant duties as needed to assist in work flow
Interact with personnel within the organization as well as vendors and clients
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent with applicable office experience
3 years of office/accounting related experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of basic office processes and equipment - PC, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Ring Central, etc.
Proficient in Quick Books
Comfortable handling confidental information
Detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
