Position Description
At Mayfield DQ, we have three management positions:
- General Manager, in total charge of the entire store. Salaried position
- Assistant Managers, assisting the GM in managing the store. Salaried position.
- Shift leaders, hourly management persons in charge of shift starting at $17.00 HR
Responsibility of Management
- A strong leader who is a people person, with excellent hospitality skills, has a positive attitude, and a sense of urgency who can make work fun.
- Detail oriented, organized and able to direct Team Members while performing under pressure in a high volume restaurant.
