Mayfield Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a full-time Director of Human Resources. This position is responsible for performing all essential Human Resources functions and providing oversight to payroll processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises and processes the records for hours worked by employees at the facility.
Assists new employees with the requisite forms necessary to set up payroll records, master employment files, and electronic records in timekeeping and HR/Payroll system.
Helps employees understand and enroll in the company’s benefits programs.
Maintains employee records/personnel files, always ensuring confidentiality.
Maintains accurate new hire orientation and training and development documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Performs a variety of administrative services to support all Human Resources functions.
All other duties as assigned.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proficient in the use of a personal computer.
Previous payroll/HR experience.
