Join us at Mayflower Park Hotel as a Line Cook / Prep Cook, where you'll create amazing culinary experiences with flair and teamwork!

What You'll Do :

Be Professional : Keep it friendly and fun for guests and teammates.
Prep & Cook : Get ingredients ready and cook menu items using various classical and modern techniques (chop, grill, saute, etc.).
Communicate : Work with the team to deliver perfect dishes.
Stay Clean : Keep your prep and cooking areas spotless.
Organize : Maintain fridges, ovens, and storage areas.
Follow Safety Guidelines : Use kitchen equipment safely and report any issues.

Requirements :

Ability to pass background screening

Positive attitude

Extensive knowledge of wine & spirits

Flexibility in schedule (20 hours / week)

Requirements :

What You Need

Experience : 1 years in a busy kitchen (2-4 years preferred).

Team Player : You know teamwork makes the dream work!

Passion for Cooking : Love creating and experimenting with food.

Willingness to Learn : Always looking to grow your skills.

WA Food Handler Permit. Must have or be able to get local / state permits.

Physical Ability : Able to walk the walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
