Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and caring Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, while also developing your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate effectively with the nursing team
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Nurse's Aide Registration
- Experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
