Serves as an expert resource in the selection, development, implementation and management of community and program initiatives. Provides leadership, facilitation, and project management skills to the NWWI-Region bereavement program as well as specific community bereavement programming. Develops implements and supervises the bereavement program and the delivery of related services including community grief support groups and other community outreach events or programs. Manages funds for the support and development of the bereavement program in collaboration with the Hospice Manager. Collaborates directly with patients and families regarding bereavement services. Evaluates all bereavement activities and services. Assures adherence to mandated federal and state rules and national standards of hospice providers including the maintenance of required records. Collaborates with program staff and volunteers and community members in efforts to effectively address grief and loss efforts in a timely and meaningful manner. Assists in the planning and coordination of hospice program events. Provides education to community at large regarding hospice services and grief issues.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology. Teaching skills and knowledgeable of adult learning principles. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with all ages and diversities. Strong organizational and delegation skills. Computer skills using MS Word. Minimum of three related clinical experience in the areas of life-threatening and chronic illness, grief and loss, preferred. Clinical experience in individual, family and group therapy preferred.
License Or Certifications
State of Wisconsin Licensed Professional Counselor preferred.

$89,336 - $134,035 / year; Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
