Responsibilities:

· Maintains complete knowledge of foam and fiber gluing operations

· Works in conjunction with other team members

· Communicates with Auto-cutting Operators as necessary when material is needed

· Glues up foam and fiber correctly in a timely fashion

· Responsible for high quality and production output

· Records hourly production counts if applicable

· Monitors air flow meter on glue booth to ensure proper airflow

· Performs preventive maintenance on equipment as necessary, including changing air filters as needed

Qualifications:

· High school diploma/GED preferred, but not required

Salary Range:

$10.79 - $11.69 per hour

Skills/Abilities:

Must be able to read and interpret drawings, use simple math, and use basic hand-held measuring tools

Schedule:

Hours for all production positions are generally 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday may be required.
