Job Overview

We are hiring elite Security Officers to join our growing team. Mayor Services staffs the largest, most exclusive contracts and venues in Miami and South Florida. We are looking for serious, professional individuals who want to grow into high-level bodyguards, build personal VIP client relationships, and become part of an exclusive security network.

Duties

• Patrol and monitor assigned luxury venues, VIP events, and large-scale gatherings.

• Maintain strong visual presence; deter threats and handle situations with authority.

• Conduct detailed inspections and report any safety hazards or suspicious activity.

• Respond quickly and effectively to alarms, disturbances, and emergency calls.

• Provide exceptional customer service while remaining firm and professional.

• Maintain thorough daily activity reports and incident documentation.

• Collaborate with local law enforcement and event organizers as needed.

• Enforce venue protocols, protect high-profile clients, and uphold premium standards.

Requirements

• Height: 5’10” ; Weight: 200 lbs (preferred).

• Active Florida Security License (Class D). If unlicensed, we will assist with training and licensing.

• Clean background check and professional demeanor.

• Strong physical presence, situational awareness, and ability to de-escalate with authority.

• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and serious about developing professionally.

• Basic understanding of security technology and emergency protocols is a plus.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but strong English communication is required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
