Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure team members adhere to established safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Assist with planning and organizing daily tasks to meet production goals.
- Monitor workflows and identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members to build skills and maintain high performance.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.
- Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to address issues and maintain smooth operations.
- Report any incidents, quality concerns, or operational challenges to the appropriate parties promptly.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates leadership, motivation and strong communication skills
- Proven ability to address challenges and improve processes
- Ability to work overtime and/or weekends.
- Strong organizational skills including computer skills. (MS, Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Forklift Operator Certification required.
- Handle material up to 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED
