Description
Mayvin is seeking a skilled Acquisition Operations Planner to support United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) at Fort Bragg, NC. This role is responsible for integrating logistics planning and sustainment strategies into acquisition and program management processes in support of USSOCOM's dynamic mission.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate acquisition planning documents such as Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs) for acquisition programs.
- Conduct logistics assessments and analyze product support strategies to ensure system readiness and sustainment.
- Provide logistics input to acquisition documents including Acquisition Strategy, System Engineering Plans, and Test and Evaluation Master Plans.
- Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and working groups focused on sustainment planning, provisioning, and supportability.
- Track and manage logistics elements such as supply support, maintenance planning, technical data, training and training support, packaging, handling, storage, and transportation.
- Assist in configuration management and logistics data management throughout the program life cycle.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and government stakeholders to ensure effective product support strategies are in place.
- Develop logistics documentation in accordance with DoD and USSOCOM acquisition policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Must be a U.S, citizen
Must have a Secret clearance
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of experience in acquisition planning, sustainment, or operations.
- Experience supporting USSOCOM / SOF acquisition programs with logistics planning, documentation, and sustainment strategies.
- Familiarity with DoD 5000-series acquisition processes and logistics support analysis.
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and collaborative program management environments.
