Description
Join a dynamic team committed to safeguarding our nation's security and ensuring the safety of its citizens. Mayvin is seeking an experienced Technical Writerto join our Business Development team. The individual will produce high-quality, compliant, and persuasive technical content for Federal Civilian and Department of Defense proposals. This position collaborates closely with operations, capture managers, subject matter experts, and technical staff to develop proposals that are clearly communicated, align with government requirements and evaluation criteria, and accurately reflect the company's capabilities. We have some very interesting clients and skill sets that will make you want to learn more!
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Active SECRET clearance preferred
Responsibilities :
- Develop and write clear, concise, and compelling technical content for government proposals, including technical approach, management plans, staffing plans, past performance, and other proposal sections, as required
- Work with subject matter experts to gather, organize, and transform complex technical information into clear, concise, and persuasive content
- Review and edit proposal sections to meet compliance standards and improve clarity and quality
- Tailor technical writing to fit the proposal's win themes, ensuring that the solution is clearly described and emphasizes the company / team strengths and differentiators
- Perform final reviews of technical content to ensure that the writing is accurate, well-organized, and free from errors
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and internal teams to clarify technical aspects and ensure alignment on proposal objectives and deadlines
