Job Overview:
As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio while actively driving sales and membership growth. You will be instrumental in developing new leads, providing exceptional customer service, and managing a strong, high-performing team. This role requires some weekend shifts and offers both part-time and full-time opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Membership Sales: Actively pursue and convert new members, achieving sales targets.
- Personal Training Sales: Drive the promotion and sale of personal training services.
- Merchandise Sales: Support in merchandise sales and inventory management.
- Lead Generation & Marketing: Implement local marketing strategies and generate leads to drive new memberships.
- Member Retention: Ensure exceptional service to maintain and grow the member base.
- Staff Management & Development: Manage and develop the studio team, ensuring a high-performance culture.
- Studio Maintenance: Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent, professional service to all members and guests.
- Class Utilization Analysis: Track and analyze class participation to maximize class offerings and drive engagement.
- Sales Goal Tracking: Set, monitor, and track sales revenue goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven Sales Ability: Track record of achieving high sales performance, ideally in fitness or related industries.
- Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay, commissions, and benefits.
