What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Coordinator position at Maywood Fine Arts Association?
The Office Coordinator is responsible on a daily basis for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and administrative functions. In addition, the office coordinator provides administrative support to and works directly with the Executive Director, Managing Director, instructors and coaches. The Office Coordinator is a member of the administrative team which works together to provide high quality and timely support to the needs of the organization both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
Bilingual preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years administrative experience required.
Experience with non-profit organizational administrative systems preferred.
Proactive, helpful, can-do attitude with the ability to adjust to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Neat, organized and welcoming to public, donors, and enrolled families.
Ability to handle working both independently and interdependently.
Flexible with experience in a diverse work environment consisting of various cultures and languages represented.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programs, specifically Word & Excel
Wonderful writing and interpersonal communication skills.
Salary is hourly, starting at $20 but is negotiable based on skills/experience.
The fixed schedule is after school from Monday to Thursday (4PM- 9PM)and also Saturdays (9AM to 3PM).
