Position Overview : We're looking for an ambitious, forward-thinking Assistant Office Manager to join our accounting team and find a forever home. This role offers significant growth potential, including possible advancement to Office manager / Controller position in the future. The ideal candidate will not only excel in traditional accounting responsibilities but also help modernize our processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and break down vehicle deals
- Manage manufacturer rebates and warranty claims
- Handle deal funding and related documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Assist in Identifying and implement process improvements
- Train and support other team members as needed
