Mazda of Wesley Chapel, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, has an opening for a Vehicle Exchange Specialist (VES) - VIP Affiliate Manager. They are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to identify customers with equity in their vehicle(s). The VES will work with customers to customize the trade-in of their current vehicle and purchase of another vehicle.
What will I be doing?
- Utilize scheduling software to identify customers and dig deeper into data base to determine equity levels.
- Work closely with Used Vehicle Manager to obtain appraisal figures and vehicle exchange options.
- Contact customer, provide information and set-up appointment to review details and options.
- Document research and communication with customers in CRM.
- Greet customers in the Service Drive and waiting area and engage in friendly conversation to obtain information about their vehicle.
- Utilize hang tags, email, phone follow up and direct mail to stay connected to customer post service visit.
- Follow Up with customers and develop a pipeline of prospects.
