What You
- DoResponsible for the strategic development, implementation and ongoing execution of corporate accounting, finance, and cost management functions to ensure MTM is cost competitive and compliant with all applicable US GAAP principles and internal SOX control requiremen
ts.

- ointDevelop strong working relationships with members of Toyota Motor North America Accounting and Finance team that will be providing certain shared services and other sup
- portLead team in achievement of action plans surrounding mid-term business plan and annual budgeting, annual contract manufacturing fee setting, quarterly forecasts, monthly shop cost management activities, month-end close, internal and external reporting, and key tar
- getsManage cross-functional and cross-company projects focusing on cost improvement activities and attainment of unit cost and functional tar
- getsLead and supervise Assistant Manager who has responsibility for cost management area which includes cost accounting, cost planning and shop management repor
- tingIdentify and develop contingency plans around missed targets and internal control gap mitiga
