The Impact You’ll Have :
- Interview Coordination : Manage interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications to ensure a seamless experience.
- Candidate Experience : Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a positive and professional hiring journey.
- Onboarding Support : Assist with pre-hire documentation, background checks, and first-day readiness.
- Recruiting Operations : Maintain job postings, update the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), and track key recruiting metrics.
- Process Improvements : Identify and implement improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and the overall candidate experience.
- Employee Engagement & Culture : Contribute to programs that promote employee engagement and people operations events.
- Early Talent and Leadership Development : Assist in managing the company’s internship program, ensuring a valuable experience for both interns and hiring teams.
