Position Summary:

Requirements
Job Duties:
- Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors
- Sanitizing: Wiping down and sanitizing surfaces, including restrooms
- Trash removal: Taking out the trash and recycling
- Supply restocking: Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries
- Inventory: Maintaining a thorough inventory
- Maintenance: Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks
- Security: Locking doors and windows after cleaning, and conducting routine security checks
- Leaf and snow removal: Handling leaf and snow removal as needed
- Furniture moving: Moving heavy equipment and furniture
- Comply with OSHA, Mazzella safety procedures and requirements: Maintain Mazzella Quality Assurance Standards
- Maintain work area, equipment, and tools in a clean and organized manner; follow all Safety Guidelines
- Committing to Lifelong Learning by completing all assigned learning and seeking opportunities to improve self
- Other duties as assigned.
- A high school diploma or GED is required

- 2-4 years experience in maintenance operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to lift or pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and planning skills.
- Excellent health and must pass physical and drug screen
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screen and E-verify
