Requirements
- Lead and direct the Ecommerce strategy and tactics for the over all company
- Manage the daily operations of the company’s transactional sites, including product updates and content creation, by developing and implementing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost online sales.
- Develop and execute the online sales forecast, inventory plan and profitability targets.
- Analyze customer data and website analytics to identify trends and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Revenue team to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
- Work with the design and development teams to create a user-friendly transactional site.
- Develop and provide analytics on the ecommerce business to yield improvements.
- Propose ways to increase digital growth in the target markets and/or products and services offerings.
- Communicate cross functionally when business needs change or timing and strategy shifts occur.
- Serve as a highly visible internal evangelist with the revenue team, IT, and business unit leaders.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all transactional sites.
- Oversee digital marketing platforms across PPC, SEO, email marketing and social media.
- Encouraging and holding team members accountable for their commitment to Lifelong Learning and completion of assignments
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
- Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable about a variety of search engines
- Ability to grasp and learn complex concepts quickly and independently.
- Extensive people leadership experience, preferably in a multi-dimensional matrix organization.
- Strong knowledge of web design with NetSuite Suite Commerce and WordPress a plus
- Willingness and potential for continuous learning and improvement.
- Proven track record in identifying target audiences and developing targeted, engaging, educational, and motivating marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong knowledge of website analytics and marketing automation tools.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate ethical and professional conduct, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
