The ideal candidate will have a background in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions while also managing commercial contracts and corporate governance, as well as a passion for providing strategic legal counsel to businesses.Qualifications : Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school. Must have a strong academic record.Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law.Strong negotiation and communication skills and excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
