Our client is a leading law firm with a strong presence in Wisconsin, committed to delivering exceptional legal services to our diverse clientele. The firm is recognized for its innovative approach and dedication to excellence.
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney to join our team in either Milwaukee or Madison, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have a background in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions while also managing commercial contracts and corporate governance, as wells as a passion for providing strategic legal counsel to businesses.
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school. Must have a strong academic record.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law.
Strong negotiation and communication skills and excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail. Proven ability to manage complex legal projects.
A preference for familiarity with securities law and intellectual property.
Licensure in Wisconsin, or ability to gain licensure within a reasonable time frame.
Location :
This position will be a hybrid position and will be located in one of our client's Wisconsin offices located in Milwaukee or Madison.
