Catering Specialist

A Day in The Life 

As a Catering Specialist at Mo' Bettahs, your day will start by answering all catering inquiries from our website and checking pending orders in ezCater. You'll plan and organize orders by collaborating with individual restaurant teams to ensure customer expectations are met. After orders are completed, you'll follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Any feedback, positive or negative, will be communicated to our Catering Sales Leads and Catering Coordinators at each location. 

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys teamwork, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and loves making customers' days Mo’ Bettah. 

Responsibilities 

• Handling emails and calls with customers 

• Responding to customer inquiries from our website 

• Creating quotes for customer events 

• Coordinating and confirming order details for catering events 

• Working with General Managers to confirm orders per event location 

Qualifications 

• Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills 

• Restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory 

• Highly organized with excellent time and space management skills 

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word 

• Great people skills and conflict resolution abilities 

• Positive attitude 

• Familiarity with ezCater is a plus 

Schedule 

• Part Time  

• Available to work Monday-Saturday
