A DAY IN THE LIFE
Mo' Bettahs is seeking a results-driven and strategic Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. This position is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing our organic social media presence to build our online community and brand awareness. This position will work closely with our paid media manager and graphic designer to deliver a cohesive and engaging customer experience. The Social Media Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and maintain an effective social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Capture, edit, and post content to engage online community.
- Establish weekly campaign reporting and provide insights to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
- Identify opportunity targeting segments and audience enhancements.
- Travel to New Store Openings to capture event content.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in managing social media
- Experience managing influencer programs preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring and reporting social media performance
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to solve problems and act quickly to seize opportunities
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The position requires qualified individuals to see, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 30 pounds; bend, stoop, and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
