Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for various digital and print media.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop branding and promotional materials.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
• Manage design projects from start to finish, including timelines and deliverables.
• Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies and visual outputs.
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual communication across all platforms.
• Stay updated on design trends and software advancements.
• Conduct reviews and revise designs based on client feedback.
• Coordinate with vendors for production of printed materials.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for approval.

• Maintain an organized digital library of design assets and resources.
• Analyze performance metrics of design projects and provide insights for improvement.
• Create prototypes and mockups to visualize design concepts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.
• Excellent typographic, layout, and color theory skills.
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with print production processes and specifications.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in web design is an advantage.
