Electrical EIT

MBA Consulting Engineers, Inc. is located in beautiful Eagle River, Alaska, well situated between Anchorage and the Matanuska Valley. We are a well-established full-service mechanical and electrical engineering firm specializing in arctic, subarctic, and northern maritime design seeking a qualified Electrical EIT to join our engineering staff. As a small firm you are encouraged to have a voice in the company and share your ideas to make the company and projects better!

Requirements

Entry level candidate will have earned a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or will graduate soon) and will pass the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination within one year of employment. Duties include design of power, lighting, communications, and security systems for commercial, institutional and industrial projects. Other responsibilities will include project management, client interaction, and construction administration duties such as submittal review and inspections. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience with 

AutoCAD, Word, and Excel are mandatory. Revit, Bluebeam, Submittal Software, etc. are beneficial.
